    Core Sport is a division of Core Fitness and Physical Therapy, located within Church 103 (103rd & Western, across from Beverly Park). Our team of Physical Therapists specializes in sports rehab, and works with athletes of all ages to recover from injury. Our approach involves sport-specific physical therapy, coupled with individualized strength and conditioning in order to get athletes, not just out of pain, but stronger than pre-injury.   • Strength & Conditioning Programming

    One-on-one Personal Training: For all ages, athlete or non-athlete. 50 minute, 1:1 sessions tailored to you and your goals. Learn proper lifting techniques and functional movements to improve aspects of sports performance and quality of life. Call to schedule: 708-422-0990

    Open Classes: Workouts of the day to improve general fitness and athleticism for young athletes and general population. Combination of strength, power, agility, balance, and endurance-based exercises. Class sizes are limited, and walk-ins are not accepted. Must pre-register. Class Options:

    S&C for Middle School Athletes

    S&C for High School/College Athletes

    Functional Training for adults.

    Private/Small Group Training Series: Specific and tailored programming for small groups or teams to help achieve goals in curated sessions. Choose anywhere between a 5 -12 week training series with 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Pre and post series testing to monitor and track progression. Class sizes are limited, and walk-ins are not accepted. Must pre-register.

Meet the Team

  • Diane Fidler

    MPT & Studio Owner

    Diane opened Core Fitness and Physical Therapy in Evergreen Park, IL in 2005. She has lectured nationally about the benefits of utilizing the Pilates Method as part of the rehabilitation process. Diane has combined her experiences as a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Teacher, with her years of treating Physical Therapy patients, to create a system of wellness and rehabilitation that benefits all bodies, injuries, and ailments. Diane received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles, and is a former collegiate athlete, marathon runner, and triathlete.

  • Robert Waddell

    PT DPT and Titleist Performance
    Institute Certified

    Bobby is a physical therapist with a passion for sports rehab. He grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where he was active in playing sports. He got into physical therapy after suffering his own injuries throughout college. He understands the importance of getting athletes back on the field playing the game they love. He is looking forward to working with the community where he grew up while helping athletes reach their full potential after suffering injuries.

  • Danny Misheck

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Danny graduated from Benedictine University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sports Studies. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a background in personal and team training for high school and college level athletes. Danny trains and coaches with focus on form, functionality, intent, and consistency. He believes optimal technique promotes safety and longevity, which prevents injuries and setbacks.
